OK so my girl has been outside her whole life I'm now seeing little holes in leafs and whit shit u see in pics. I've been treating with neem oil but its not help in I spray three times a week at night on second week of treating but it just gets worse anyone ???

U can see the bugs on the second picture right on the tip the leaf

yeah they will eat the leaves.
