We pay $200 a day plus food n drink (non alcoholic) & we work it like a real job,nobodys chillin on the cell phone or texting,all phones go off & we get straight to it,i want it all done in a single day because a week later another table is comming down.
Not alot of smoking & bullshitting going on either,when its all trimmed & in the dryers we all go home,if it takes 12 hours it pays $200 or if it takes 4 hours it still pays the same $200.
Its like a sword fight in there.

200 a person. thats crazy. i need at least 3 people to help plus me to get shit done i cut down 7 tables at one time and 3 a couple weeks later. maybe thats my problem. i givem a 1/4 a day and it takes 3 days
i plucked all my fan leaves and dried everything with the sugar leaves still on it. then i cut it all down to nuggets and bagged it up. now when i need a pound i take out a bag and trim off the sugar leaves. at my will and leisure.

Im sure i could pick up some broke ass guys to trim all day n night & mow my yard afterwards for a fifth of jim beam if getting off cheap was my goal.
Anybody who's gonna work all doing anything for a 1/4 sack is either not too bright or broke as hell,either way people who fit that bill make me nervous & would never even see what i bring down, let alone touch any of it.
I can spare $400,its a fair trade for my sleeping well at night,i get sketched the f out by anybody who's willing to work for peanuts,desperate men do desperate shit,the 2 guys we use are like family we know them so well.

A pound not 2 pounds I dont know where I got 2 pounds from my mole-steak.
Yeah people that work for cheap payment usually aren't the folks u want coming around. All my trimmers I've known for a long ttime so I can "trust" them, I still have a pin hole camera in the trim room just to be safe tho. Im in the room with them 99% of the time but gotta be safe that 1% of the time im gone.
Yeah trimming all top cholas is nice. Saves lots of time. Its those lil smaller lower nuggets that take the most trimmin. Couldn't imagine trimming a crazy FIM/scrog grow with shit load of lil nuggets.
It takes me bout 6-8 hours to do a pound of very neatly manicured buds. (Depending on strain, and never just all top cholas). I do take lots of smoke breaks tho.

It used to be $200.00 for a lb. trimmed up in Norcal, from what I've heard. That was 2 years go, now that prices are down I don't know if they are still paying that.
I know someone who gives 2 grams an hour and supplies food and drink.

yeah i allways supply the food and drinks. even when im not trimming. lol thats why i run out of money inbetween harvests. and when i would go to strip clubs in stckton that would put a dent into it.

I love how the "power trimmer" reccomendations allways come out,have you ever used one of those peices of shit ?
Buds look like they've been rolled down a hill into some fat fucks ass,scragely shit hanging all over,kief sucked off half the bud,i tried one for about 5 minutes & never used it again & never will.
Auto trim buds = bottom shelf $4 a gram buy one get one free buds.

I spent the cash on a power trimmer & used it once,all 4 of us spent about 15 minutes each with the machine trying to duplicate the perfect trimmed bud look we get from our normal trim,we all came to the same conclusion that it didnt do a proper job & really lessoned the quality of the bud,lots of resin is lost from the process & unless you really mash the shit out of the bud the machine dont get alot of the leaf material.
It was suggested to me from the place i bought the machine that we do a rough trim while its wet,then dry the product & come back thru & touch up the rough looking buds.
All the buds look rough & surely not top shelf meds,our machine just collects dust now,there isnt a machine made that comes close to the precision of hands on trimming,i wish i woulda rented mine for a day instead of dropping a wad,worst investment ever.
