What is the specific temperature and humidity that would be considered "ideal"?

I have a closet I can dedicate to drying and I can get a heater/thermometer for it since I live in an area of highly inconsistent weather. But what are the specific numbers that are considered "ideal"?

for drying 60 - 70 degrees. for drying hash about 55 degrees. As long as there is some air flow (no fans) and low humidity you should be fine. Just try not to let it get up above 80 degrees

I put a small dehumidifier in when drying on a 12/12 cycle, but that's just me.
