What is the purpose of using 30% 6500k cfl's during flowering?

I know the purpose of using 30% 2700k's during vegging, but what is the reason with some 6500k's during flowering?

To make the spectrum of our lights closer to the sun

The sun emits all the rays, all the spectrums, all of the time.

But there are more of one than the other, depending on the seasons or time of year.
Got to have the DUAL Spectrum for healthier plants.
