From the pics it is clear that the leaves and curling downwards and the tips have a yellowish color. I also took pics of some damaged leaves and rust spots.
Isnt that enough info right there?

What is it growing in?
What if anything are you feeding it?
Your watering schedule?
How much light do have it under and how close are they to your plants?
Information like that will help.

Check the ph of your run off water. I bet you'll find your problem.
