Last week I added 1/3 dosage of neuts into the water.

Thats classic burn, but not something that's going to ruin you. Flush out real good and lower or eliminate the nutes for a short time until you see new growth coming in ok.
I got a couple of plants in my 12/12 tent that got seriously burned, old leaves still look like crap but the buds are bursting.
