i have 2 plants which were put into soil on 09/03 they are both about 16" tall. Yesterday the landlord came to my house and saw them and said that I had to flower them so i could get rid of my grow box (electricity to high according to him). My question is since my plants have been in veggie state since 09/03 and today is 10/09 (5 weeks)is it too early to start them on 12/12??
