I have read a couple people comment on that they were considering doing this method so as to have a perpetual continuous yield, but what is it? Can someone help me out

Never heard of joint doctor, but perpetual is the same all over.

You put a plant in flowering every week, and start a new cutting every week on a never ending basis until you end up harvesting a plant every week.

Or a couple plants every other week, or some variation.

You end up with 6-12 plants (based on the flowering length of your strain, or more) always going that are all one week or so apart so you end up harvesting one plant or more every week.
