What is happening to my plants?

Since my plants have gotten about 2 feet tall I've noticed a very dark purple blotching that seem to be getting worse and spreading to others that does not seem normal. The temperature hasn't been cold for how much its turning purple, and the way its spreading to other plants mainly on the tiny buds before they even form. I have at least 10 years of growing experience and have never seen this on my plants before.
The only thing I can think of is that its the Vine/Berry garden plant near by that has a very similar purple color that I also posted for comparison.

Has anyone else had any similar experiences, or have any idea what it might be?

I appreciate any input!

Could have to do with overwatering during the cold. Normally would guess phosphorus deficiency though...

That looks like bud rot in the first pic, i could be wrong, the problem with growing outside and rain falling on your buds. i was lucky this year, my 80yr old mum lrt me have a large preportion of her polly tunnel to put them in.

what are you feeding it? only 2 ft tall in that big pot, i cant see why you would have def;s of any kind unless you have nute lockout forsome reason. if i remember corectly, the purple is late stage phos def
looks like you have an nitrogen deff too

Cold weather & too much water, phosphorus deficiency would have those leaves looking a lot uglier. It could be the medium you're using if those plants are all in the same growing media??

Remember, plants in the cooler days/nights do not need as much water since they're going to transpire much less just like us. They also need more food like we do when the temps are extreme and they're able to uptake it for energy to stay alive and stand tall.

I would try to let it dry out before watering again, give it a light watering and see if they perk up, if not then you need to add some nutrients to your water and fertigate that medium to boost the NPK..
