What is going on with the ladies: Heat Stress or Re-Vegging

trying to figure out if this plant is stressed out by heat or re-vegging
changed the hours from 2pm on to 2 am off to 7 pm on and 7 am off
was transported from one location to another for 2 hour drive
was only given water for the last 4 weeks.

flowering for 8 weeks,
under 600 watts HPS
11 inches away, no reflector
room temp on:28C
room temp off: 16C
Humidity 20%

or could this be a sign of to much Nitrogen during flowering?

Looks like the first signs of reveg to me. Mine always put out those wild leaves off the bud when they start.

Yeah, revegging. Hermied or "went to seed". Heard stress or light leaks can cause this, but in my experience it's from bad genetics.
