What is going on with my plants?

I put these rooted clones in my GoldLabel 70/30 Supercharged Coco Perlite mix and overnight they look like this.
Is this a nute burn or are they hungry?
I fed 0.5EC, 5.8EC. The coco has 0.4EC.
Please help they are going down fast .

Seems like nutrient lockout and overwatering. Do you check the PH before watering?

I check the PH before every watering to make sure it is on 5.8. Lockout is coming from too much food I suppose?

Do you use water with nutrients or no nutrients? It is possible that all the nutrients in the soil are used up.

what exactly did you feed them?

I feed GHE flora series. I just transplanted them yesterday and fed 0.5ec so i think it is a lockout from too much?
0.4ec from the coco + 0.5ec feeding

I just took them out of the wet coco and transplanted them in some dryer coco without feeding.

Those yellowing tips look like burn to me.

Be careful of messing with the roots. Your plant may need to recover from stress of transplanting, and it was somewhat sick from what looks like to be a potassium deficiency. If you're just using PH balanced water, add nutrients that contain potassium.
