What is going on with my plants?

I put these rooted clones in my GoldLabel 70/30 Supercharged Coco Perlite mix and overnight they look like this.
Is this a nute burn or are they hungry?
I fed 0.5EC, 5.8EC. The coco has 0.4EC.
Please help they are going down fast :(.

Seems like nutrient lockout and overwatering. Do you check the PH before watering?
 
Do you use water with nutrients or no nutrients? It is possible that all the nutrients in the soil are used up.
 
I feed GHE flora series. I just transplanted them yesterday and fed 0.5ec so i think it is a lockout from too much?
0.4ec from the coco + 0.5ec feeding
 
Be careful of messing with the roots. Your plant may need to recover from stress of transplanting, and it was somewhat sick from what looks like to be a potassium deficiency. If you're just using PH balanced water, add nutrients that contain potassium.
