What is going on with my plant? (Pics)

So, I had 2 plants I put into flower a little over 4 weeks ago. The taller of the 2 plants was about 10" when started flowering and it showed its sex of the first full day of 12/12 under a 400W HPS. Since then it's been growing like crazy. It's now standing at over 55" tall with no signs of slowing down.

550% growth spurt in 4 weeks!

The plants are in an aero setup with 1/2 strength Fox Farms nutes. Temps are good in the res and out, lots of air flow. Any ideas on what is making it grow so much and how to slow down the growth? Running out of room and light for the other plants.

Any help is appreciated!

looks mainly Sativa.. theres your problem they grow HIGH

when i was doin aero all my plants went from 8" to 4 feet at least, your gonna have to bend it down if your running out ove room, also what week flowering you in, after the third week or so it will stop streatching and start puttin on lil nuggets............ you need to start training your plants try scrog next time.........also try clones

my skunk get to 6 feet tall, indoor soil grow, I just tie them down you get a better crop across the whole of the plant instead of just the top.

Thanks for the response guys. Yeah, i'm going to try bending it over slightly, extending the bend a bit every day and see if I can get it to go horizontal (hope the plant isn't too old to try training).

The strain is Big Bud I got from Nirvana seeds. Tons of bud sites on this sucker. It's starting it's 5th week of flowering. Just measured and it's at 57" DAMN!

Nirvana seeds same as my skunk, my av. Wife trying to hide, was 1 plant bent over,flowered for 11 weeks. .

How big was the harvest?

about 55grams 2oz there about

Hell yeah dude binging is the best thing for your plant. Get a bigger bush, because that girl is stretching!

Well, I went vertical last night. Took apart the reflector and just hung the bulb by itself, hopefully all the plants get enough light that way. I'll throw in a few CFL for the shadier areas to help out since heat isn't an issue.

How many weeks do you guys think I have left. I'm thinking 5, hopefully not much longer.
