Could be thrips too, maybe, look for little tiny tiny little worm like critters on the leaves.

I would add a Kelp extract to your feeding solution. Age old and Maxicrop are the best. Thrive Alive with the green label (organic) is good too but has an added nutritional value of 1-1-1 so keep those P&K levels in mind with that..

tell u 1 thing its not pm looks like u have thrips not uncommon out door u also have alphids that's why u have ants 'aldhids suck juice from leafs they shit out sweet poop the ant collect that shit ants r none to almost raise them for sweet poop garden hose once a week take care of most need a few more ferts on them girls

So just spray them with water once a week and I have given then more fertilizer since then they seem to be doing better I just noticed ants on them this morning

Get a bottle of NukeEm', I think that's your best chance against aphids and it's also organic. It should also get any thrips.
