HI Supa Cola
FIMing is the F*CK i MISSED method. This involves removing about 75% of the lead growth tip of the plant. You take some sterile scissors or a scalpel and pinch the leading growth tip. Then you snip off 75% of it with your scissors or scalpel.
This will then develope 2 leading growth tips instead of 1 but they will take longer to develope which allows the rest of the plant to branch out and adopt a candalebra shape.

Ahhh Fimming...I remember reading alot about it on the old Overgrow.com site....seemed like an elusive holy grail. As I remember, proper fimming is as Jonda mentioned, where you cut out the tip of a main main branch, but leave just enough so it branches into many cola tops, like 4 or 5 or more. I've never been successful at it myself. If you pinch the lead growth back with fingertips, it WILL cause that branch to split there giving you two tops instead of one. If you get it to work give us a pic! Good luck

check out my Thread i have fimmed and managed to get 2 main colas at the top of my HAZE plant. This was done very late only a week before enducing flowering.

Thanks for the feedback guys its much appreciated.Always wondered how peole got that shape to a plant.
Im off to snip a grow tip and will post a pic when im done butchering my lady(plant ,not girlfriend).
