What is causing this??

I have a 10 day old seedling(started from seed),that is starting to show problems.I germinated it in a jiffy puck, then transferred it to a 10litre pot after the seedling popped out of the puck.I am using a neutral organic soil, and have not feed the plant with nutes yet.Yesterday when i got home i noticed that the leaves are starting to droop alittle, dis color(turning yelowish),and blackish blotches are forming on the leaves.
I have noticed a few little whitish bugs fucking around along the top of the pot(i've only seen about ten so far).
What is causing this?Is it the bugs,or is it starving for nutes? Is it too soon to start feeding a 10 day old plant nutes?
I will include some pics. They aren't the best pics, but they may help you help me.
Thank you

1.) pH of water your using.
2.) temps and humidity
3.) lights
4.) is organic soil nute free?

to me it looks like the plant doesn't like that soil to much at 10 days the roots are just coming out of the peat pellet. answer the above question and more info will come. best guess right now mag def. 1/2-1 Tbsp of Epsom salt per gallon water should cure it. dont worry Mag def is most common to all growers. ;P good luck and keep on smokin'.

The problem could be your water PH but most likely it's from overwatering. Once the seed germinates it no longer needs to kept moist the roots need oxygen and by keeping the medium saturated the roots are suffocating. That is probably the reason for the bugs, most likely fungus gnats. They live in the top layers of the soil when it is moist and can be destructive to your roots but usually not a huge problem as the plant quickly outgrows them. The gnats have a short life-span of only a few days so get some sticky fly paper and catch the adults and than let your soil dry out a little between waterings your roots will grow rapidly and the bugs will not attack your plants. You could also get some organic pesticides guy said he picked some up at walmart for 6$ and all his gnats were dead the next day. The problem might not be as much your fault as poor soil consistently. That's why we put perlite in our soil it keeps the soil lighter and allows the medium to drain water which increases the oxygen available to your roots. You might want to repot into some soil with some extra perlite now while they are still small if your medium does not "breathe" properly or just water less often.

Not sure the ph of water, just tap water for now.
Temp is around 80 degrees,humidity ??
Light is a 200w sunblaster cfl bulb roughly 8 inches above
And there was no nute chart on the bag.Presume it is almost nute free.It is made up of,peat, compost, moss, humus and perlite.I am sure there is some natural nutes in the bag,but no numbers. Was planning to start nutes in about a week.
My pot is a bottom feeder, but when i first put soil in(before seed),i watered it pretty good.I had a gnat problem last time,so i have lots of yellow stickys to catch them.
The leaves are not as droopy, but have became brittle to the touch. They are it's first set of leaves, and they usually fall off anyway so i'm not too worried about them but am worried if the problem will continue to spread.Haven't watered it in a few days to try and dry it out a little(think that i over watered it).I'm going to give it another week, and if it hasen't worked out the problem i may just start a new one and throw this one in the woods somewhere and hope for the best.
If you have any suggestions/advice feel free to let me know.

it's your water most tap water runs 7.2 upto over 8 on the pH scale which is bad for plants if you can go to walmart or something similar and in the pet section they will have some ph kits for fish tanks about $6 US. and this will help you out in the long run. and it does look a little overwatred this stage once ever 3-6 day depending. stick you finger in upto middle joint and if dry water, if a little moist it's ok, wet like a soaked towel let dry out.

Thanks,i have a walmart just down the street.I was going there on sunday anyway to pick up some food for it.I'll check for a ph tester while i'm there.I know that the over watering stunted it's growth(and killed it's first set of leaves),but should it recover in a few days? Also, can i add epsom salts in with my nute solution for an all in one food,or should i keep them seperate?
