What is causing these spots??

I have 5 DWC systems going right now all but one have 2 plants. The buckets are 18 gallons room temp is 70-80f humidity is 50-60% 18-6 light cycle with 600w MH conversion bulb. PPM in each bucket are 230-250, PH is 5.6 water temp is 67f. I use RODI water and GH 3 part flora series. This plant is Bag seed and it just started doing this. This plant is in its own bucket

This is the Greenhouse Seed Co. Lemon Skunk. Teh 1st pic shows 2 of the Lemon in the same bucket doing good. The 2nd and 3rd pic shows another set of lemon in a seperate bucket not doing so good.

The 1st pic is the overall grow. The 2nd pic is of my Paradise seed co Amsterdam Flame both in the same bucket the front 1 doing good the back 1 was doing good and is now looking bad

Ok so 2 people say its the PH but Im running it at the recommended level. If its the problem what should I raise it to? And what will raising the PH do? Will it make the plants lockout some nutrients that may be causing the problem? Or is it just the PH itself causing the problem? Sorry for the questions just trying to learn and understand as much as possible.

hey i'm new to growing but the way your leaves are drooping could they be getting 2 much water?
also cant tell exactly by lookin at your pics but have you checked for mites?
 
anybody??? Its getting worse, last night I addded 1/4 teaspoon per gallon of Epsom Salt and Sprayed them with RODI and Epsom Salt thinking its a Magnesium prob but Im not sure. Please Help
