what is an up root?

ok i think one my my girls have a uproot at the bottom of the plant its looks like its coming out of the dirt and startin to tip and i cant add pics right not cuz my phone is bein gay so as soon i get it i will add it. so dose anyone know what im talkin about or im smokin way too much weed. heklp anyone?
 
I have a plant, that has a root that kinda grew up above the soil cuz it got so big... but i dont think its anything to worry about... its just like those trees that have their roots stickin up through the ground and breakin all the concrete 8P

chill dont be worried its just natural root growth not an "uproot". take some soil evenly sprinkle it over the top and add a bit of water.
