What is a good harvest from the AeroGarden?

I am working on doing an aerogarden grow with no supplemental lighting, just using the 3 bulb hood. I am curious to see what it yields, it is more an experiment, I have HPS lights in the house but I'm using them for other things, I kind of want to see how the aerogarden does on its own.
Check out the link in my thread, I just switched to 12 and 12 about a week ago.

My buddy grew 3 autos with just the AG light. It's much more worth your time to add extra lights. Thats the reason I went with the 250W switchable. The smoke was fine but fluffy nugs...too fluffy. I think he yielded just under an OZ from 3 plants, Like 22 grams

Here's an auto-flowering Low Ryder 2 plant using just CFLs in a Pro 200.

I believe it came out to 25-30 grams dry.

Average Temp = 85-95

Nutrients = Fox Farm / Well Water

Light Cycle = 20/4

Overall experience is very positive, although I want to move onto something bigger now. =/

By other things, you wouldn't happen to be growing some Nepeta_cataria? Cause I know companies sell Catnip buds, but none of them cure their buds like we cure our buds :/

I'm also running 3 14 site aero/nft systems with three 600w HPS lights, the plant in the aerogarden was a mother from some seedlings. She's done her duty but her root structure is too large to transplant so it's just getting flowered out in the aerogarden. I don't feel like dangling CFL's everywhere or dealing with venting another hps. The aerogarden isn't going to get bigger then my large kitchen cabinet. To be honest I just want some personal smoke before the big harvests start rolling in.

Aerogarden model: veggie pro100 extra tall

strain type: bluesky cotton candy, chemdog sister, kusage
all the roots got tangled and the kusage was chocked out 3 weeks into flowering I cut it down early and only produced a 1/4 th ounce dried ( kind of sad lol)

clone or seed: 4' inc clones in rockwool slabs

time & lenight of veg and flower: veg 2 weeks, flowed for 8 weeks

modifications: one 250 watt cfl( extra on the cotton candy lights fell and broke the top off my fault)
one 120 watt florsent tube for bottom lghting

Nutrients: botanicare pure blend pro grow & pro bloom, botanicare liquid karma. All organic.

Curing methoid: air tight jars with black construction paper and left them in the frig in the vegie crisper

final dryed wight: a little over one oz and that was my first medical grow ever I'm on 2nd now

Overall grade of grow 1 to 10: This is kinda hard cuz I never grew befor so 9 cuz I got what I expected.

I'm gonna need some more proof that was from an AG...

Why? Is there a competition that I am not aware of? My last AG grow (See my last grow log) yielded as much as Mr. Natural did here.
the majority of AeroGarden users; use it as a Reservoir only now. Air Stones are used to push the Oxygen to the roots (Not the shitty AG pump) and supplemental CFL's (Like the ones you use) or LED's are used in place of the AG Hood. (Some time in conjunction with). Any diligent grower using an AG can produce the same results fairly easily.

Check Mr. Natural's Log of this Grow for your Proof.

Mr. Natural: Great Job buddy! Way to keep the legend of the AG alive! :)
