what insect is on my buds??? pics

so im getting anxious thinking im going to harvest in the next week or so and i check her today to find this.




the plant is lst's. this is the main cola. the others look ok from what i can see.
below are pics of the trichs as a couple of days ago. should i chop her to avoid the mites getting on the other part sof the plant?
i have two other plants in within a few feet of this one. fromn what i can wee they are of. will the insects find thier way to the other plants?

thanks. i just google "mealy bug" and thats it for sure. so whats my next step? chop?
other plants? they are all at ~8 weeks flower.
