What if any strain could auto flower?

They have 30% up to 70%. What it does is allow for more phytochrome and phytochrome FR production which we all know is what causes most plants to flower.
I have not used it yet. The red will hasten flowering and produce thicker colas while the blue may be good early season to keep plants from flowering. I would ideally run the blue until June 1st. Then I would take it off for pure sun then I would put on the red maybe in the begining of July so Im not fighting cold and mold come harvest time.
The 70% may save some labor or expense building a light deprivation green house.
Going from 24 hours light will speed flowering as well
