You'll need to replace the hood of the AG eventually, since the bulbs are a proprietary design, and cannot be replaced with stronger ones. The stock lights simply don't produce enough light to bring you to harvest, so you might want to invest in a few CFLs right now, and position them directly over the seedlings. The AG lights on their own will induce stretching because they're so far away from the plants.
