What hermie ?

I'm no pro grower, but I am a pro smoker
I have found seeds in GREAT weed before. Before I knew what a hermie was, I always thought that these growers got lazy with their grows and let the males and females live together. Now a hermie makes more sense. I think if you can keep pinching those balls off and make sure you dont spread any pollen (think vacuum hose right next to the ball you are pulling off), then you can still be in decent shape. The more seeds it produces, the more energy it pulls away from THC production, so keep them to a minimum. If you could keep all pollination from happening, which is probably impossible, the quality should be comparable to a female. Not sure what will happen to you yield. I also hear hermie seeds will more likely be female, so save em if you get them. I have never completed a grow before, so take what I say with a grain of salt.
