Looks like you are growing with a bubbler hydro system, or a drip feed.. this looks like classic symtoms of overwatering. Are you making sure the roots are getting enough oxygen? if you don't have an airstone it is a wise choice to add one. If you already have one, i would reccomend adding a second one. Try it out and see if the problem is regulated. Good luck and happy growing!

you know what? it snapped back in just a few hrs. i have over watered in the past. trying to quit. even joined a 12 step program. lol Its a drip feed, i have two air stones. dont seem to be many bubbles. cheap ones, picked them up at wally world. going to try pet shop. would like to see some splashing down there. as far as watering, twice a day about 5-10min 1gph. to much? i will update my journal soon lots of changes. space wise. new seed gremming. and maybe new t5 in the old spot.

That's good that they snapped back, and good luck with the program bud haha. I am not too familiar with the drip feed system, but I heard that it should be watered about 5-7 times daily, dripping the hydro solution over the roots(yet this is only an assumption after scanning articles on hydro growing). Make sure roots are never fully submerged in water. Also, if you want more oxygen and bubbling action, go for a stronger pump. use one meant for a tank double the size of your hydro bucket. I.E. if you have a 5 gallon bucket, use one that says meant for 10 gallon aquariums. Hope this info helps a bit bud, good luck!
