Wow... this thread really made me question joining this forum.

Seriously, drama, talk of percs, cash... No offense guys. But where is the love of the plant. Hell, more talk of strains on the board than pictures and factual reports.

Swerve is a good guy and great breeder. Young dude that know's what the hype is. It's good shit.

Don't do it ! Only 2 out of 10 of mine even popped and the already mutated on the first set of leafs

Honestly, at around 2011-12 when he first landed at the tude he was sort of famous here and only gettin good reviews, i get to know the strains and caclicon here at riu, that he has to thank for. since i just left LA around 2009. I for one grew deadhead at that time and still one of the strongest ive tried. Until i tried blackwater, jamaican me crazy, and jedi kush that started me believing and thinking what i hear here at RIU

I don't clone due to space and I am a bean poppin fool and rarely lose any beans when sprouting, a month back I had a bad experience wit 3pks fem gsc from cc...and 2 packs moxie....they all suck maybe 1-2 pop and they was weak,,,about 350$ down the drain, I should have someone key swerves fancy porche for that :finger:, I'd rather buy from a rookie breeders first time drop...

I run perpetual ...so well lets see... Gotta make room for a mom or two...clone box in my veg room, baby's in cups soon as they root,, then when there teens they'll go in bags and veg more....I am about to get my feet wet with it....I can clone no prob just don't rite now

no need for moms, just take cuts before putting in flower. no clone box needed. probably 1 less step then cracking seeds. you're making it out to be a big production of sorts….put cuts in glass of water to root n plant once rooted.

At least some of urs poped i got a pack of jedi and blackwater that none pop. My jamaican me crazy was one of the weirdest plant i got. The 2 mystery seeds i got from jedi kush is slow in veg so i couldnt say anything about it yet

...dont get me wrong people, i dont hate cali con like i dont like barneys. If i have a spare id probably try jedi kush again, just because ive been tryn to grow it for the longeest time.

some folks just rub me the wrong way right off the bat, swerve was 1 of them. i'm thankful for it too, never did n never will buy anything from him.

I could never afford Swerve's gear... Back in the day, he was all the rage... Then I started hearing about all the hermie issues, so i guess i'm glad I never got involved in that hype.

We had some good alien and headband from CC but we've also had blackwater and some others not pop at all. Not sure whats going on these days...

Back in the day Swerve did good on his breeding..till the dollar signs got in his eyes...now he is just a pollen chucker and prob waters his plants with Flint Mich water...few years ago we orderd Deadhead og...headband...SFV OG and 1 other i forget...1 or 3 seeds popped for each pack out of 6 seeds...then half hermied ..these were outside on a greenhouse..no stress...all the other strains we planted came out top notch...was just the CC seeds who really failed us...his past fame and money got to him and he did not take pride in his breeding..all about the money

Everybit og what u said is true,,, terrible breeding practices and basicly flushed the Cali connect name down the toilet....worst seeds I've dealt with ever , bought 3-10pks fem gsc b/c I knew there rep and knew I'd need a decent amount to have selection...3/18 popped.....lol,,,worthless beans IMO
