I actually thought that was really good. I would definitely like to send that link to other people. The only thing I would change is the part about rollitup.org. As far as the text typing speed, I thought it was fine.

i got bored with the speed too and when i tried to close the tab it offered to just put all the text up at once. that thing went from cool to depressing real quick. i'm the same age as return of the jedi. fuck.

What I disliked (aside from the rate of text appearing ... if anybody spoke to me that slowly my mind would wander) was that it was almost all pop/entertainment culture, a topic that innately bores me. Even some "real news" (Bay of Pigs scandal) was presented as a fricken song lyric!
And was it informative that "pop tech format A through F didn't exist yet"?
Harumph and humbug.
The only factette missing is the people walked to school barefoot in the snow ... and it was uphill both ways. cn
