What grow medium does this guy use?

is mapito similar to mini grow cubes?

yes its mapito, mapito is a substrate blend which uses rockwool and PU flakes (poly urethane). its good stuff apparently, you can wash it an reuse it as well

whats the ratio of PU flakes to rockwool? Cant buy this stuff in USA or Canada so gotta make it myself i suppose.

not sure about the ratio to honest, if i can find out i will let you know
