What ec for my seeds

When and what e.c would you guys start seeds on this size, am still trying to dial my little veg tent in with using a led there is no heat so i have 2 tube heaters in there and just got it up to 25c

They are usually fine on tap water untill you see the first 3 fingers forming (3 set of leaves) at that point i would just do ⅓ full strength for a week, then a half strength one week, then full veg feed.
 
In a week or so they he under my 600hps and should take be ok, but they still having a rough start i need to sort my veg tent out but unsure on best way to do it,

Dont mind my lil experiment. Figured I'd make a lil prep dwc table for the next plants I wanna get ready to flower vs setting up more 5 gal buckets. This lil 1 ½ gal cooler working great so far lol

Thats all i want a little box basically for starting seeds and rooting clones ready for next runs save me a little bit time. Usually ok in summer just this winter having a right nightmare getting it right
 
I have an 80x80x160 tent with these 3 lights? What would you suggest....


I have a table raised to about 70-80cm with a tray on..... 2 tube heaters to keep temps up... not sure best place for them underneath table raising the tray... or in the top half with the plants...???

Don't ask me, I don't do complicated. My shit is simple, less to go wrong, fail, or break. Plus I've been dwc for years now not living soil. I don't worry about temps, seeds grow fine In a 70-74 degree room. I let my seeds steal the light from my auto flowers. I just set them on a upside down bucket in a rockwool cube off to the side of the closest or in between my autos till they come up.

Was all good till winter, i will get there tho, 2 weeks off work so can have a mess about in there
