It’s not the size of the plant, but the maturity and quality of the product that counts. Twice as many plants grown half as big will fill the grow space twice as fast, so harvests take place almost twice as often. Get good at picking early flowering plants, and propagate only those that are of the best quality. 6” square containers will allow for 4 plants per square foot.


does that mean that some of your flowering plants will be ready for harvest before others even though they were put in flowering at the same time?
 
No, that is not what he was trying to say.

He is trying to say, (not that everyone will agree with it) that you can grow half as tall a plant, in half the time , to get two harvests from two grows, yielding more harvest.
