Next to budding, the emergent / seedling stage is my favorite stage of growth. Very nice and healthy little gal you have there. And welcome to this addictive hobby!

Good dirt - I recommend a product that says something like "professional growing substrate", it's what the greenhouses use.
Good light - don't cheap out.
Good water - No softened water, weed does not like salt. RO works best for me.

For a CFL grow I'd recommend (again) a mix of light, at a 3:1 ratio of 6500K to 3000k for veg and the other way around for flower...but CFL's produce light buds, so it's good that you're going for a HID.
