What do you think this is?

Hi. Just went in to check my plant and saw this. Yesterday I noticed it was kinda droopy and was told to water and I did. I thought I was under watering but now this. It’s in ffof and it’s a little less than a month old. What could this be and will it recover?

Don't water again until the first couple of inches of medium is dry.

Yea ok. What about poking deep holes in soil or squeezing pot a little? I think I have good drainage but when I water I do it lightly and someone suggested I water til runoff so I did. The only thing I can think of is that this was only the second time I used distilled water. What are your thoughts on distilled water?

It was nothing. It looks good again. Poked holes carefully all the way down and up through bottom holes and squeezed pot. Don’t know if that was legit but it worked.
