What do you think of my lights?

Hi All, I started off growing in a 4" x 8' grow room with a pair of Platinum P300 lights. I grew some decent plants with these lights. I then purchased a Timber Cob Vero 29 400-watt square frame with a light on each corner.

I decided to put the 400-watt cob in the middle and the pair of P300 Platinums on either side. I am rethinking that setup now. I'm not sure if the P300s are really adding anything and I'm wondering if I would be better off with a second 400-watt Cob. I'm also thinking about starting over with new lights.

I'm currently on week 6 of flowering and I have the P300 Bloom only on, with the 400-watt Cob in the middle on full. The last light I bought was 5 years ago. Just wondering if I could do better than what I currently have.

If you decide to get another light I suggest checking Phlizon. They sell direct. Free shipping to the continental USA and Canada but not to Alaska. I use one of their 640 watt bar style and get very good results. That light is only $399 now on their website.

with LED, typically we want to be in the 40-50w sq/ft. in a 8x4 tent you'll want to be in the 1250-1600 watt range.

the p300's max out at 180w. by my calculation, with 400w cob, you're around 760w, or 23.75w sw/ft. definitely on the low side.
