I wouldn't know the difference. Was sold to me as GG4 seed and it's similar to any GG4 I've ever Had. What I have does well for me but we can call it glue if You'd like. Nice plant in the photo.
thanks. I wrote this and showed you the pic so you could know.
What you have could be better than the clone, but to stop the perpetual confusion please call it what it is. Probably an s1? Idk didn’t research the breeder.

Gotcha. It's from MSNL. I like the effect, it's hardy and seems to resist the septoria. Thick buds though so... bud rot is a possibility.

One reliable strain for outdoors, is like moby dick from dinafem, never disappoints, it have it all, yield, newbie proof, strong high, nice smell, awesome resin and fairly fast for what you get, you could do much worst.

Does it have the relaxing effect of GG4? Sounds interesting.

Yes, the last half of the trip is relaxed and really stoned if some indulgence, there are few strains that for me in the last 15 years or so, are all pretty secure bets for outdoors, gg4, moby dick, durban posion from dutch pasion, critical (avoid black phenos if you are gonna go outddor soon in the season), all of them newbie proof and good yielders with nice smoke.

I ran the original clone only GG4 for a year and all I heard was it makes great wax
I would say it is overrated if that is the only criteria
I dropped it after a year as it didn't make the cut in my stable

I've grown the original clone multiple times as well. It's a nice strain, but there are better strains available these days. I've never seen any mold on any GG4 I've ever grown fwiw.

From 3 years ago I have serious legal/safety problems, and I only have one place where I feel it safe to grow, is a place where every morning I loose maybe 1 hour of light, and in the afternoom like one hour too, is not ideal for most hybrids, even more for non so sativa leaning, but perfect for pure sativas, but is Spain and is ok (and is south faced and with perfect winds), that being said, I'm doing pure sativas there (they do there perfect), and since then, I go with few bluberry or critical or some cbd/thc 1:1 ratio (I like to have all kinds of effects in my stash), and my pure sativas (mostly from ACE and Cannabiogen), and I don't look back, if you can, pure sativas is the way to go, ofc, at least for my liking, I mean, I never ever would grow a gg4 if I can do some Zamaldelica or Malawi.

I'll say yes to all of the above except the critical I grew had no strength in the stalk. Branches snapped right off. I use support, have to since I'm outdoor in living soil.

I grew lots diferent criticals (I'm from Spain), is a perfect outdoor indica strain around here, and there are infinite phenos and crosses, the few isues for me, comes from rats, this is one of those that rodents really like to chew the stalk, purple phenos, are really weak to low temps in veg, that and the fact that is a bit picky with nutes (wich is great for outdoor), is all I can say bad, or not so good about critical, I must admit, that I like to smoke some nice critical time to time, but I'm not will be worried in all if there is no more crtical in my stash, this is the nice thing about cannabis, there are sooo many nice genetics... :weed:.

If the potency of the one I grew had been there I would have stuck with it. Effect is not a favorite so ... no. Growing is enough work already. I value your input.

Hey, in the best kind way that my pour english let me talks, I can't say nothing about a strain if I did just 2 or 3 grows, even I need a week of vaping an strain/product to can tell you my opinion with enough peace of my soul and mind about my opinion, I can tell you my opinion even for criticals autos, not even photo, that have enough punch, with silk nice and strong body and ofc, "mellow" cerebral but happy effects, take it with a grain of salt, because I have a bit more than 3 decades consuming more than average. I did Durban Posion (and is in my next outdoor season, there is one spot for DP), I like it more because I'm a sativa guy 100%, if I was the only one consuming in my home, I don't think there is gonna have nothing but pure sativas and some 1:1 cbd/thc strain like pennywise, royal highness, or something like that, and some autos because they are so convenient for guerrilla and at least here in Spain I have to throw autos seeds to the trash time to time and it dosen't looks nice to me :weed:

This is how I do guerrilla most of the times with autos, this is a critical 2.0 auto from dinafem from 3 years back, maybe 4 (covid19 is really screwing up my memory for dates), there was 3x critical 2.0 auto in this same tree/bush, and not so far from there 3x moby dicks xxl auto from dinafem too, I wish I have at hand pics from the critical's buds well riped, they was awesome, some years back, I did some purple phenos from genethic and they was awesome too (much more stoned high), you can't blame them, trust me, I just grow for me, no one paid me lol, I wish, it could be nice lol

I've read a few places that "Glue crosses" and true GG#4 gear is potentially herm prone?? Any truth to that, anyone??

Yes, still I haven't seen never a gg4 herm, but I need to admit I grew gg4 from 2 diferent breeders only, one maybe not so reliable (but who knows, it was ok at the end, and still I remember a canalope haze from them that was celebrated around here), and another breeder that lately has gift me nice happynes and still I have two gg4 beans (in fact early this year one gg4 died outdoor, I germinate it in the first batch this season).

Cool, at the end I find two more pics from critical 2.0 auto in a more riped state

You can see how the stalk was chewed even on top of that tree, and even when there are "nice" snakes waiting for dumb mouses.

Could you trust me, that I have spend like 60 euros in a nice square chiken wire and is clean new hidden in a river where time to time I do some guerrilla too? xD

This year I was very lucky, one morning around July there was 6 deers around my malawis and they din't nothing, luckily I was there in time, like 2 weeks ago some goat chew one entire main cola from a Blueberry, and a little non worry bud from my carrot faster malawi pheno, nice year I must say in that regard xD
