What is the distance I need to put my plants from CFL bulbs on the seedling stage if I want to do a scrog later on?It won't be a problem if I put the plant 3 inches from the bulbs? The temperature reach 28c degree if I do so,But I told that I need to do so if I want to grow on a pc box.. I'm not sure what to do What do you think?

Be careful of the heat. My setup requires really short plants and I do okay with using small pots and side lighting to control height. It's common to read that plants stretch for distant light, but I don't see how a plant can measure distance. I do believe that they can detect how much light they are receiving from the sides, however, and in nature a lack of side light means competition and the need to stretch to survive (branches on trees do the same, reach for the light regardless of direction). So consider giving them some all around lighting and be really careful of the heat, especially while they are young.

I should have included that I run my room at around 28c, so I'm not saying that's to warm for mature plants, but I've wasted many good seeds with too much water and being too aggressive with the light distance. Damp and 24c is seems to be pretty safe.
