what do you think about the "plant lights"?

i am using 4 foot fluor's from home depot that said "plant lights"on the box...are these any good? if so cool if not what type of fluors do ineed to get?

For clones or very young seedlings the cheap HD floros are fine.

If you want to Veg with floros. A High-Output T5 floro is your best bet.
This is the 8 bulb unit I use for vegging clones 4-7 days before flowering

go with some cheap 6500k daylight cfl's. cheaper than t5 floral so you will have cash to also buy some 2700k's for flowering. if you have cash and time you can always buy an hps security light from the depot and convert it into a grow light. the light is working great for me and next grow im gonna do the remote ballast for my hps.
