You might not know but what is the reason for some companies not accepting CC?
Because banks are Federally insured, and cannabis is illegal federally, so banks can't accept credit cards for cannabis seeds, or else people could refuse to pay because its illegal.

Changing the merchant on billing records can work. Some seeds I have now were payed with a debit card, but my bank statement didn’t say “Marijuana seeds” it was a simple set of initials and some numbers.

Seeds fall under hemp. Hemp is legal on the federal level. Its a bit of a grey area but when it comes down to it seeds are legal; no thc. Everyone is just so afraid to do anything wrong. Hiring lawyers to prove what you were doing was legal is a big pain in the ass that everyone wants to avoid.
