What do you like to do while tending your garden?

Personally, I roll with a mini-blu ray player, and my ipad for music or movies, tv episodes, i buy or download...

Usually cowboy movies involving anything with Gabby Haze, or john wayne, harry morgan, or randolph scott... Glenn ford..
 
I just like to have some tunes going in the background. Besides that my ladies have my undivided attention.
 
Just music for me but i have to bring some mini speakers to make it loud enough to be heard over all the fans.
 
I find it very calming to just be there alone. I will find myself sitting there, just staring. It is very relaxing. My happy place
 
I like to pop a beer and sit and talk with the ladys. Sometimes I enlist the help of my lil ones. Gives me an opportunity to teach them something while spending time with my two favorite things, my plants and my children.

Haha, thats funny. My 12 year old, when she was like 6 or 7, saw my garden. Soooo she had to have her own garden! So I had to set her up, I turned her closet into a grow room! She had all kinds of roses and a few different flowers. It was really funny. We set up a 200 watt CFL, fans, exhast. She kept it up for about a year before she got bored with it.

That is too Fukin cool. My kids each have their own plant in my grow room. I give them the freebees I get from the tude. Never thought about personal grow rooms for them. My oldest is 6 I think she could handle it. Thanks for the idea.
 
my surround sound system , tunein internet station playing trance music, my oil rig with some bomb bho, and a few beers. then I end up spending 2x the amount of time it would normally take me w/o any distractions. lol
 
After a fat zoot I too sit and stare, drift off into a quiet place and plan my next upgrade. The missus thinks I am a wierdo, 2 hours every night of just me, my girls and a few smokes. I know we shouldn't smoke in the sacred room but I just crank my extractor up and everything is chicken soup. Take away my grow room and I will probably curl up and die, either that or lock my 4 kids in a cupboard.

As for the kids getting involved in ya grow, I used to let my now 9yr old come help me when he was about 3 years old. Imagine this....... He was with me one evening when I was taking cutting. The next day I had left the door open up to my grow, he had taken his own plastic scissors up to the grow and started doing his own cuttings, rockwool cubes and all, he took about 20 on his own........ oh my god you can't imagine the descimation he caused, I didnt know wether to laugh or cry, he was so proud of himself when I found him doing his thing.
 
I can't believe nobody has said it...

I play with myself.

Lol but really I check pm lights canopy, my puppy likes to try an get in my tent sometimes while I'm.out there. If recently started dwc and so I like to be fascinated by the roots :)
