What do you guys think?

So i'm wondering when my first plant will be ready for harvest. She was grown 12/12 from seed under a single LED bulb 10.5 wt and after 3 weeks into flower i switched to a 23wt cfl.
She just passed into week 8 now and most of the pistils have started to turn orange/amber at the very top while further down where my 'popcorn buds' are most pistils are still white/yellowish but the top is still putting out new pistils ever few days so idk lol.
So i have two questions i guess, would i be able to harvest while shes still shooting out new pistils at the top? And since further down isn't as mature as the top of the plant, would i be able to just cut off the top and leave the rest to finish?

If anyone is wondering i am not trying here for yield, its just a one plant one bulb experiment.

That's actually impressive to grow with 1 cfl bulb. I would say a few more weeks. Yes you can cut the top bud off first and let the bottom ones finish up.

Thanks! Ive tried looking up threads to see if anyone else has tried one bulb throughout their whole grow, couldnt find any so i figured i'd try it with some bagseed i have...definitly a lot nicer than i thought it would turn out.
