Nope. You can always just paint it flat white if you think it will cause to much heat. Shoudn't be an issue though. What are your current temps?

So those are black inside and out? thats no good for a tent or as a reflective surface. That shit will just keep getting hotter and hotter. Don't waste your money.

Well I went looking for mylar and couldn't find it and found this instead, bought one to test it. I have my girls sitting in aluminum paper so i needed to do something fast. I am considering mylar for my future grows for sure. Thanks!

Only issue is that since it's a heat blanket it can reflect and trap in extra heat. This can be an issue if your plants are too close to the blanket they can get singed or if your room doesn't have adequate ventilation. If you notice your heat rising or you are space limited and your plants are close to the blankets and having issues, you know what it is. Otherwise, nice improvising.

I will keep this in mind, I will try to give at least 3 inches of space between the plant and the wall. I will try to come up with a ventilation system. Thanks for the advice!

you might find it works fine...for now. wait till the summer, ambient temps have a huge role in what goes on inside your grow box. so just put something aside for when conditions change and your set up needs to change with them. good luck bud!
