How big and how old are they? I assume you are vegging. I'd measure out the bat guano at 1/2 strength and the new stuff at 2/3 strength and make them into a tea. Then add the FE at 2/3 strength and the resulting 11-5-4 should be great for veg.

No ferts until the second set of leaves appear or if you know when the plant is at that point, just before. There are the podpuster leaves that come first. When they open there are single bladed leaves in the middle. Just before the next set appears is when you start giving ferts. Experienced growers can start light ferts a little earlier but you should have a better feel for both the plants and the ferts you're using. You can actually soak seeds in a light solution of certain natural fertilizers and just slowly increase the amount as they grow. Anyway, when you do fertilize, use about 1/4 strength to start of natural ferts.

A level balance of NPK, such as 5-5-5 is good for veg.

During flowering you need P and especially K to be higher than N.

My small link below may help.

If you're referring to Alaska Fish Fertilizer 5-1-1, an emulsion, it's not an organic fertilizer. It did lose its OMRI classification two years ago. Emulsions are produced using high heat which destroys many of the micronutrients and magnifies heavy metal content. A fish hydrolysate, a cold manufacturing process, would benefit your plants far better than an emulsion.
