like the spacing for light penetration, I've been having some really bushy plants and actually put a light under my plants haha, definitely helped the the lowest stuff that barely any light would normally reach...sometimes i would just prune that off about 2wks into flower so the plant focuses growth on the main colas. hope they are tasty!
i hope they taste as good as they look,i had 9 in there but 4 of them hermed on me so i choped those 2weeks into flower, now my other ? is,theres no amber trics yet but alot of the leavves around the main cola r starting to turn yellow and im asumming the plant is getting close to its end of its life cycle, does this sound right to u guys, they r starting week 9,thanks again guys for all the great info
Forget the trichomes until the pistils have turned and receded and the calyxes have swollen. Then you can start looking at trichomes.
You still have plenty of young, robust pistils. The ones that have turned have not shriveled close to the bud. The calyxes will be almost twice their size when it is really ready. I would say 3 weeks or so.
