Your example only illustrates that punishment for crack possession is harsher than that of coke possession which I agree is ridiculous considering coke is a precursor, but are you implying only black people use crack? Not saying only blacks smoke crack, but it was pushed into the black community and was/is still a drug that is used mostly by blacks..Just like meth is used mostly by whites.
Do you really think that blacks commit more crimes because of the color of the skin...and racial and social injustice plays no part in it?
