One my plants has produced a seed and I feel like it looks like it's getting taking over day by day. Should I cut now and save what I can or let it run it's course and just deal with it?

I'd let her finish & harvest the seeds.

Nothing wrong with seeds. Back in the 60's and 70's all weed had seeds.

I always finish and learned I could dry it out a bit run it through a sieve. Can do several ounces quick.

Well if there others then yea up to you. Why I organize things to not have that be a issue. Severe herms not seed my mothered pheno same room different tent. I have tents for two plants at once Id only do one plant if to test a new pheno. Then just keep running clones. So this dont happen when youre counting on it, many other benefits.
