what clf is better

well i'm decided on what cfl to buy.. i'm looking at a 200 watt clfs... i found 2 that seem good but i'm not sure which one would be better..

the one with hood would be better for a smaller grow area because the foot print will be smaller but more intence. the other is better for a larger area

what clf is better
