what can this bug be?

sorry for the quality of pictures ,phone camera has a bad zoom or i just dont know how to use it properly

hope some one can identify this critter. do they bite because of the growers is have little red bumps all over his arms, while another worker gets rashes. and so far for me nothing, could be that i wear a full painters suit taped up.

Looks like thrips but not sure

Either thrips or sprintails.

had to pull on the microscope and some scotch tape . i think these pictures will be able to put some closure on what these bugs are and how i can go forward and treat my plants.
