What can I do????

I have a few problems what do I gotta do to corect this...I start flowering cycle tomorrow

micro nutrient deficiency. these are harder to tell what they are exactly 2nd pic looks like magnesium def

first pic could simply be light burn. (happens a lot if a bead of water sits on the leaf, acts as a magnifying glass for the light)
