what can i do to get rid of fthese?

My plants have spider webs all over them and spiders, how can i get rid of them without spending money? can i put baby powder on my plants to get rid of the spiders? or what else could i do? i need some help before my plant starts budding

If they are spiders, I'd leave them. They eat insects and don't care about your plants at all, except that their a pretty good bait for bugs.

If they are spider mites or something, I'd give Neem Oil a try.
