What can be done to save this life quickly

hard to tell with the pics, looks like a goldfish bowl! but id say burning, soil? feeding? light? whats the history and set up?

Honestly Not much sorry to say looks too far gone like obviously you could but wouldn't be worth it by they time it come good a new seed would be twice the size at least

Thanks was it a uptake of nutrient problem that's what I'm thinking like my soil is crappy

Hard to tell what went wrong when it's that far gone, probably a number of things, in future go for a mid price seed/cutting raising mix it's they usually have enough slow release nutes to last a month or so so just water with plain water then once you see signs that they are looking for good give 1/4-1/2 strangle of just a multipurpose plant food it works fine
