Storage building rentals. They are in pretty high demand here, the one I rent is in a lot of a little over 200 buildings. The medium sized ones like the one I rent go for about $50 a month and there was only one other unit available at the time, so yeah , pretty much 100% full up.

If you add up all the units (large/medium/small) your looking at $15-$20k a month on very low maintenance property. Seriously, the electronic gate was getting stuck about a year ago and when I told the lady at the office about it when I went to drop off a payment, she said nobody had worked on it since the early 90's when it was installed. :o

Just a bunch of sheet metal and cinder block buildings with a fence around it making you money every month.:bigjoint:

In all reality something with low overhead. I know a guy who opened up a salon, rents the chairs out to stylists and sells product. He pulls in a little less than 100k a year. And theres not much work he has to put in besides ordering the product and making sure its all running smoothly.
You try to open a food place and your gona be dealing with a gang of crap.

Opening a casino has always been my dream tho, id imagine that'd take millions and millions of dollars, plus alot of restrictions. Not worth the headache if its not your passion
