What bugs are these or what commination of bugs?

Looks like thrips but its not, also found a worm on a plant, this grow is in the middle of corn fields any bugs I can expect in close proximity to corn?

WTF, MAN, you dont want to be growing in a comercial cornfield, theres a thing called "ACCEPTABLE LEVELS OF INSECTACIDE), Which means your plants will be sprayed with any number of nasty comercial insectacides, even more scary, they could be MONSANTO CROPS, which means there able to take being sprayed with some real nasty shit, and deffo nothing you want on your weed thats going to be smoked

its not in the middle of the field, like 2km away but still 20km left and right there is corn fields, its also a indoor grow, but i guess bugs from all around will get in here, so need to get something to keep them under control, first want some thoughts of people growing cannabis near corn

If you're ID and a mile away from the fields... You're not growing in the middle of corn fields. I'm in Iowa and have soybean and corn closer than you without bugs making it in. It does look like thrip damage but just look under the leaf and you can see them usually. If u confirm they are thrips you can just spray some spinosad on them because they are young
